HARVEST


Basic Harvest

Chill to regulation temperature ($10/day)
Quartering for transportation to another facility

Standard Cut and Packaging     
Carcass cut per your cut sheet, vacuum packed, and labelled for resale                                     $1.30/lb (HHW)

Boxing Packaged Meat in Boxes (boxes provided by customer)                                   $20 per carcass
