 We are a USDA Federally Inspected meat processing plant in the heart of Stokes County, NC serving the Piedmont, southern Virginia, and beyond for harvesting and processing of cattle, hogs, lamb, and goats.

Following a review on May 22nd, 2019 M.L. Mitchell and Son Meat Processing is recommended by AWA for the slaughter of Beef Cattle from AWA Farms.

To help you with your breeding, feeding and growth plans, as well as your cut lists and pricing, we are now recording all of the cuts you take home from each carcass.
