Kristi Mitchell was a public school administrator in Stokes County and current beef and pork farmer. She uses her Master's Degree in Leadership as well as her five years of experience in administration to streamline processes, ensure required Federal Mandates are met, confirm Animal Welfare practices are followed, and maintain high standards so every animal that comes through is processed with care from harvesting to packaging.

After growing up on a cattle farm, Carl Mitchell received a bachelor's degree in Zoology, a Master's Degree in Science Ed, and a Master's in Leadership. He continues to farm beef and pork and has come to us from his previous position of Director of Cooperative Extension and Livestock Agent for Stokes County. Carl uses his background to provide consulting services with our farmers, coach our animal handlers, work with community partners to increase locally grown beef in establishments, and improve processes and procedures to provide the best quality product for our customers.

Live Animal Drop Offs Monday - Thursday:  5:30am-8:30am
Processed Meat Pickups Monday - Thursday: 6:30am - 6:00pm
​Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
Office Hours Monday - Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm
