HARVEST AND PROCESSING


Basic Harvest and Processing
​Includes harvest, skinning, gutting, by-product disposal
Carcass cut per your cut sheet, vacuum packed, and labelled for resale                                          $150
Post-Harvest Shearing
Due to the amount of time and detail needed on unsheared sheep/lambs, we ask that all are sheared prior to arrival.    $20

​Harvest, Chill, and Splitting (no processing)   
Includes harvest, skinning, gutting, and by-product disposal
Chill to regulation temperature ($10/day)
Split carcass in half for easier transportation and cooking 

                                                                                                Reg Harvest Price + Chill Fee ($10/day) + $40 (splitting & handling)

**Hides**
We do not have the space to lay out and salt hides. If you would like your hide back, you may pick it up at no charge, but it must be picked up the day-of or day-after harvest.                        $0

Lamb Breakfast Links  (Mild, Medium, Hot, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian, Chorizo)
Ground lamb seasoned with your choice of seasoning ($5/pk), cased in links, packaged 10per pk  (25lb increments)                                                                                                                                                                                                                         $2.00/lb
Lamb Bratwurst
