Ingredients

We use a variety of seasonings in our grind products. The ingredients are listed below.

Mild, Medium, Hot Sausage Seasoning

We use AC Legg's Blend 10 for our mild, medium, and hot sausage seasoning. 
Mild/Medium: Salt, Spices, Sugar
Hot: Salt, Spices, Sugar, Ground Red Pepper

Sweet Italian Sausage Seasoning

We use Ultra Source's Sweet Italian Sausage Seasoning.
​Salt, Spices (Including Fennel, Pepper, Anise), Paprika, Monosodium Glutamate, Dextrose, Garlic Powder, BHT (0.70%), Natural Spice Extractives

Hot Italian Sausage Seasoning

We use Ultra Source's Hot Italian Sausage Seasoning.
​Salt, Spices (Including Fennel Red Pepper), Paprika, Monosodium Glutamate, Natural Spice Extractives (Including paprika), Garlic Powder, Dextrose, Citric Acid

Chorizo Seasoning

We use Ultra Source's Chorizo Seasoning.
​Salt, Spices (Including Red Pepper, Smoked Paprika [Spanish], Cumin, Mustard Seed), Dextrose, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Natrural Spice Extractives (Including Paprika, Pepper), BHA (0.02%), BHT (0.02%), Citric Acid (0.02%)

Bratwurst Seasoning

We use Ultra Source's Bratwurst Seasoning.
​Salt, Dextrose, Pepper, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate

Meatloaf Seasoning

We use Ultra Source's Meatloaf Seasoning.
​Beef, Cracker Meal (Wheat Flour), Soy Flour, Salt, Dehydrated Onions, Spices, Dehydrated Red Bell Peppers, Dehydrated Celery, Garlic Powder, Oleoresin of Paprika and less than 2% Sunflower Oil added as a processing aid

Salisbury Steak Seasoning

We use AC Legg's Salisbury Steak Seasoning.
Beef, Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated red and Green Bell Peppers, Hydrolyzed Soya/Corn Protein, Monsodium Glutamate (6.25%), Garlic Powder, and less than 2% Tricalcium Phosphate added as an anticaking agent
